How the high fiber meal plan works
This high fiber meal plan selects portions from a fixed food table and assigns them across the number of meals you request. It can turn a daily fiber-intake goal into a simple one-day plan.
Each portion uses the listed fiber value per 100 g and the listed typical serving size. The planner keeps adding portions in a deterministic order until the selected target is met or exceeded.
The result is a planning aid, not personalized nutrition advice. A single plan is not a diagnosis; a clinician or registered dietitian decides what is appropriate for your circumstances.

What does this planner create?
It creates a deterministic one-day combination of listed food portions, split across your requested meal count, with fiber for each meal and total progress toward your target.
Can I use any fiber target?
Yes, enter a positive target. The planner does not decide whether that target is right for you; ask a clinician or registered dietitian about a target suited to your needs.
What does vegan mean here?
The vegan option uses the plant foods in the fixed table. Vegetarian currently uses the same listed plant-food choices because the source table does not provide a separate fiber-containing animal-food choice.
Are the portions saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and this tool does not save the values you enter.
Is this medical advice?
No. A single reading or plan is not a diagnosis, and a clinician or registered dietitian decides what is appropriate for you.
